missing chair poor service
There was no chair to put my clothes on. Instead, there was a settee at the bottom of the bed in front of a large screen tv. the light system took some working out but i got it sorted. the service for breakfast was very poor. I asked for a cereal spoon, but there was none to be found and i had to ask for things repeatedly. all this entailed a staff member going back to the kitchen to bring what i requested, so it was not very good.

the room was awesome! i had a classic king room it was large and very comfortable. the location helped a lot too. the staff were super friendly and the service was of a high standard
